Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Bookings A deposit is required to book an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once you book, your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel or don’t show up, another client loses the opportunity to take that spot, which affects my schedule and income. Rescheduling Appointments You may reschedule your appointment up to one day before your scheduled date. A maximum of two reschedules is allowed per appointment. If you fail to show up or try to reschedule on the same day, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel your appointment or don’t show up, your deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and other clients.
